For LAWZ Company, our products are our soul, and we always stand behind our products to ensure that our customers have the best experience while wearing our jewelry.

From the day you receive our product, if it becomes damaged due to quality issues during normal use, we can provide you with a direct replacement of a similar product. If your style is no longer available, we can repair the damaged jewelry for you, which will take approximately 20 working days.

Please note that while using the jewelry, it's essential to follow our recommended jewelry care guidelines, which you can find at our Jewelry Care Guide. We do not guarantee jewelry against loss or damage due to excessive external force.

Free Returns

For customers within the United States, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs. If you are an international customer, unfortunately we cannot cover shipping the jewelry to us for repair at this time, however, we can cover the shipping cost to return the repaired jewelry to you.
